CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The Application Fee is non-refundable. Before classes begin, we will apply a 25% cancellation fee from the total semester amount. One semester corresponds to four months / $600.
After classes begin: During the first two weeks you can cancel your enrollment with a 25% cancellation fee from the total semester amount. After this, no refunds will be applicable.
Refunds will normally be sent to the student/guardian within thirty (30) days of the cancellation request. Mail and bank fees will be deducted if applicable.
I certify that the information I supplied on my application form is correct.
I have received and understand all of the program costs and fees for my program of study at Wise Learning by Internexus Provo.
I agree to pay all course fees by or on the first day of class. I am aware that a late payment fee of $25 per week is due for outstanding payments.
I understand that I will take a placement test online after paying the application fee. Based on those tests, I will be placed to the best level of my ability.
I understand that Wise Learning will create online classes for each level with a minimum of 6 (six) students, and I will be put on a waitlist for the next start date If Wise Learning does not have enough students to create a class in my level.
